Message from The Executive President
Welcome to the MIT International School of Broadcasting and Journalism (MIT-ISBJ), Pune, India. This is an institute under the umbrella of MIT Group of Institutions, Pune, one of the most renowned and respected groups of educational institutions in the country. Founded in 1983, MIT Group of Institutions, Pune imparts value based education to over 55000 students spread over 58 institutions in multiple academic disciplines in various locations of Maharashtra.
The MIT group has always taken a proactive approach to avenues of education available to the students that will enable them enhance their career prospects. The field of television and print journalism is undergoing a revolution of sorts both in terms of quantity and quality.
The institute will train the students to adhere to the noble values of journalism for a positive outcome within the society and to look beyond sensationalism. This is a double edged sword, which can be used for constructive and destructive purposes as well.
